Emergency Breakdown

With our Emergency Breakdown service, you can rely on DB Dental to repair any dental equipment, from dental chairs to decontamination equipment, hand pieces, operating lights, compressors, suction motors, and any other equipment that your dental practice uses.

When you call us to report a problem, one of our experienced service desk team will give you some immediate over-the-phone technical support to help rule out and troubleshoot common problems. This may mean you don’t even need an engineer to visit.

Our service desk team members have over 150 years’ combined experience of repairing dental equipment, and our service manager has an engineering background, so he will help diagnose problems over the phone too.

If the problem persists, our ‘one working day response’ promise means that an engineer will be sent out on the same day or as early as possible the following day, depending on what time you report the problem.

All of our engineers are accredited, manufacturer-trained dental engineers, which means that they have specialist knowledge and can repair and maintain equipment to the manufacturers’ specifications, safeguarding your warranties.

What to expect

When an engineer comes out to your premises to carry out an emergency breakdown repair, the chances are they’ll be able to fix the problem there and then. This is because all of our engineers carry vehicle stocks of mainstream equipment and spare parts. In fact, 87% of problems are resolved within one visit.

If your broken down equipment does need to be taken away for repair or replacement, we will provide you with loan equipment free of charge so that you can carry on seeing patients without any interruption to your working week.
